Anna Kwiatkowska has been promoted to landlord representation manager at C&W Poland. She specializes in the sale and acquisition transactions as well as marketing and sales consulting services for developers. Her key clients include Capital Park, Union Investment Real Estate, UBS, Mota Engil, ING RED, Curtis Group and HESA. Previously Anna was senior negotiator. In her professional career she represented such clients as Walt Disney Company, Reader’s Digest, T.U. Allianz, Lucent Technologies, Avaya Communications, Marathon Oil Company, Volkswagen Bank Polska and Ernst & Young Academy of Business. A member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors, Anna advised on the sale of a US Embassy property portfolio and negotiated lease terms for the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates and the European Parliament and Commission in Warsaw.
