Maximilian Mendel has become partner at Reas, where he is in charge of the transaction consultancy team. Maximilian joined the company in 2006. He started his professional career in Bank Przemysłowo-Handowy in Warsaw where he led various residential market consulting projects, not only in Poland but also across the CEE region: in the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Ukraine. Maximilian graduated from the University of Dortmund with a degree in spatial planning studies. He also holds a PhD degree from the Institute of Geography and Spatial Development of the Polish Academy of Sciences. A frequent conference speaker, Maximilian authors a number of publications and studies in real estate and spatial planning. He is also a member of the Polish Association of Real Estate Counsellors. A father of two boys, Maximilian is passionate about travelling and foreign languages.
