Karol Dzięcioł

Karol Dzięcioł has been promoted to partner at Reas, where he heads the development consultancy and valuation team and specializes in project analyses and advisory services for residential developers, as well as valuations and financial analyses. Karol holds a degree in finance and banking from the University of Warsaw and a degree in spatial development from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He also completed post-graduate diploma in real estate appraisal, real estate agency and property management. Karol, who started his professional career at Knight Frank, joined Reas in 2007. To date he was involved in over 400 residential investment consultancy projects. A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Polish Association of Real Estate Counsellors, Karol loves swimming and good cuisine.
