Kinga Paździorko

Kinga Paździorko has been appointed as HR manager of the Warsaw office. Kinga will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategy, recruiting new hires, identifying training needs and resolving employee issues. Kinga will also supervise the implementation of the employer branding and corporate social responsibility projects. Kinga Paździorko has nine years of HR experience. Previously she worked at Citibank Europe, where she was responsible for developing the compensation and benefits policies across nine CEE and CIS markets. In the past she also worked as the head of international mobility administration division at Schneider-Electric’s shared services centre. Kinga, who started her professional career at HP EMEA Delivery Center in Wrocław, graduated from the Wrocław University with a master’s degree in psychology.
