Jakub Klimczak

Jakub Klimczak have been appointed director in Knight Frank’s capital markets department. He will be responsible for managing investor relations, structuring investment projects and guiding clients through the processes of real estate and real estate portfolio purchase or sale. Just before joining Knight Frank he worked for nearly two years in Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK). ). He is one of the authors of the investment strategy and business plan for the Fundusz Mieszkań na Wynaje housing rental fund, the first commercial housing fund inPoland with the equity of PLN 5 bln. He was appointed head of the transaction team and member of the investment committee at BGK Nieruchomości, established to manage investments of the housing rental fund. Previously, he worked in TFI PZU and PZU Asset Management where he was co-responsible for the commercial real estate portfolio of the PZU FIZ SN 2 fund, taking part in property purchase worth app. PLN 360 mln. He also co-managed the PZU FIZ RE Income fund. Jakub gained his first experience in the real estate industry in Kredyt Bank and after that in ING Bank Hipoteczny where he was responsible for the financing of commercial and residential real estate. He graduated from the Koźmiński University in Warsaw (Faculty of Finance and Banking).
