Katarzyna Laszkowska

Katarzyna Laszkowska has been appointed senior manager in capital markets at Knight Frank. She will be responsible for coordinating the work of the transaction team whose tasks include among others preparation of comprehensive financial analyses, offering material and coordination of due diligence processes. She has over 13 years of experience in finance and investment in the real estate sector which she has acquired while working on office, retail, logistic and residential projects. She has worked both in banking institutions and on the client side. She gained her first professional experience in BRE Bank Hipoteczny and after over four years she left it for Bank BZ WBK where in the department of commercial real estate financing she participated in the handling of transactions exceeding the value of PLN 400 mln. For over three years Katarzyna worked on the client side for Panattoni Europe. This gave her the opportunity to work with Polish and international banks, and to successfully close more than 20 financings of projects in the logistics sector, worth more than EUR 440 mln. She graduated from the Higher School of International Trade and Finance in Warsaw (faculty of finance and banking) and Warsaw School of Economics (management and marketing).
