Rafał Gawrylak

Rafał Gawrylak has been appointed the president of the board. He will replace outgoing Bogusław Pilszczek, one of the company’s founders, who was appointed to the supervisory board. Rafał, who joined ES-System in 2006, has been working in the lighting industry for 15 years. Before becoming the president of the board at ES-System he served as the company's board member responsible for production and managed ES-System NT, first as its vice-president and since 2012 as its president. Rafał has extensive enterprise management experience. He specializes in building and optimising the production and supply chain management processes and conducting negotiations. A trained engineered, Rafał Gawrylak graduated from the Opole University of Technology with a degree in management and marketing (faculty of mechanical engineering).
