Grażyna Morawiec-Jóźwicka

Grażyna Morawiec-Jóźwicka has joined Knight Frank’s retail asset management department as retail operations manager. Grażyna, who has 14 years of commercial real estate experience has practical knowledge of operational budgeting, implementation and settlement of financial plans, lease contract management, selection of contractors, as well as supervision over shopping centre marketing campaigns. Before joining Knight Frank, Grażyna worked for JLL where she managed the Forum shopping centre, for which she worked since 2007. She was also responsible for preparing the grand opening of the Apsys-owned Platan shopping centre in Zabrze. She worked for Apsys for nearly six years managing such properties as the 3 Stawy shopping centre in Katowice and Geant in Sosnowiec.
