Kinga Zabłocka

Kinga Zabłocka has become a new leasing manager in Knight Franks's retail space leasing department. Kinga has over 10 years of professional experience in the retail real estate industry. In the past, she worked on various retail projects, which embraced different retail formats (retail parks, outlet centres and shopping centres), including the commercialization of such Inter IKEA group projects as PH Matarnia and PH Franowo. While working for Neinver she commercialized the Factory Ursus outlet centre in Warsaw. Most recently she worked at Balmain, where she was responsible for commercialising PH Zakopianka, Galeria Emka in Koszalin and Centrum Galardia in Starachowice. In the last three years, she worked on a total of seven projects, signing over 50 lease contracts for nearly 20,000 sqm.
