Jacek Giziński

Jacek Giziński has become partner responsible for Warsaw’s real estate department. Jacek, who has over ten years of experience in the real estate and energy advisory, joined DLA Piper in 2007. He specializes in real estate transaction law and implementation of real estate projects, while advising clients on M&As, the privatization and restructuring processes and direct investment in Poland, particularly within the renewable energy sub-sector. DLA Piper’s Warsaw real estate team is currently comprised of eight lawyers who advise real estate investment funds, financial institutions and other market players. The offered services cover issues related to real estate transaction law, project servicing as well as preparation, organization and implementation of construction projects. The team also develops Polish and international financing structures, negotiates lease contracts, as well as plans and carries out court litigations, and provides tax advice.
