Paulina Kurdziel

Paulina Kurdziel has been appointed junior asset manager in Balmain Asset Management’s Warsaw office. She will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategies aimed at the protection of retail property assets as well as increasing their value. Since February Paulina has been supervising activities related to the asset management of the Tristan Capital Partners-owned shopping centre portfolio: CH Borek in Wrocław, CH Arena in Gliwice, CH Dąbrówka in Katowice, CH Turzyn in Szczecin, CH Zakopianka in Kraków and CH Jantar in Słupsk. Previously Paulina worked for DTZ Polska. She gained her industry experience while working in various fields related to the service of shopping centres, starting from finances, to bookkeeping, to current facility management. Paulina graduated from Warsaw School of Economcs.
