Marta Kosiedowska

Marta Kosiedowska has become a partner of the BWW Law & Tax office. A legal counsel, Marta has been focusing on the M&As, corporate consultancy and the real estate turnover law issues. Also, she services Italian clients within BWW Law & Tax’s Italian desk. In the past Marta advised on the sale of a real estate SPV company to one of the largest retail companies operating on the Polish market, as well as to Strabag in a transaction which involved the purchase of a Warsaw office and retail project. Also, she provided legal advice on the sale of three Polimex-Mostostal production plants (the sale of organized parts of an enterprise) to external investors, and represented landlords, including the Europolis group (CA Immo), in the commercialization of office buildings and logistics centres. Currently she advises PEC Szyszkowa, which is the owner of a logistics centre, as well as such well-established companies as Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, the IVG group and Immobel.
