Grzegorz Chmielak

Grzegorz Chmielak, who heads the valuation department at Knight Frank, has become the company’s partner. Grzegorz has over 18 years of professional real estate experience. He has been heading Knight Frank’s valuations department since 2011. Previously he worked banks and consultancies working in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Grzegorz graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in property valuation and property management from Sheffield Hallam University. A licensed valuer, Grzegorz is a RICS member and holds certifications issued by HypZert. He also holds an MBA degree from National Louis University Business School in Nowy Sącz.
