Tomasz Puch

Tomasz Puch has been promoted to regional director of the office and industrial capital markets department. Tomasz, who has 13 years of professional commercial real estate experience, manages a team of the office and warehouse sales/acquisitions experts. He provides strategic consulting services to leading investment funds operating in Poland and the CEE region, while working with property owners on creating sale strategies and conducting transactions. Tomasz has also has experience in debt and equity raising. The transactions Tomasz assisted with amount to over EUR 6 bln. He graduated from the Kraków University of Economics with a degree in corporate finance.
