Nicolas Fernandez de Retana

Nicolas Fernandez de Retana has been appointed director of asset management for the group’s European retail portfolio. Most recently Nicolas Fernandez served as the head of real estate at Leder und Schuh, where he was responsible for the company’s branches in ten countries. Prior, he held a number of managerial positions in the real estate and construction industries. At Immofinanz he will be responsible for the company’s app. EUR 1.1 bln European retail portfolio, while increasing the value and recognition of the properties. Nicolas Fernandez graduated from Graz University of Technology with a degree in industrial engineering/civil engineering.
