Krzysztof Jarocki

Krzysztof Jarocki has been promoted to national director of JLL’s valuation department. Krzysztof has over 12 years of professional experience in valuating commercial schemes in Poland. He is responsible for cooperating with the banking sector, the coordination of portfolio assets valuations as well as daily property management and valuations, while specializing in the valuation of retail and office properties as well as development plots. Aa member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Krzysztof is a licenced Polish valuer. In addition, he holds a CIS HypZert MLV - HypZert Real Estate Valuer for Mortgage Lending Valuation certification. Krzysztof graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn with a degree in geodesy and property valuation. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in property valuation and management from Sheffield Hallam University.
