Piotr Janiuk

Piotr Janiuk has become partner at Galt, where he has been working since 2011. Piotr, who has ten years of professional property experience, specializes in advising real estate clients. Previously he served at the Siemiątkowski & Davies legal office. In the past he worked for a number of international investors and developers of various segments. He conducted due diligence, prepared and negotiated terms of purchases, sales and financing, and dealt with all the issues related to managing and leasing commercial properties. Currently he advices Centrum Handlowo-Biurowe Koszyki and the Spektrum Tower building in Warsaw. A licensed property agent, Piotr graduated from the University of Wrocław with a degree in law. He also attended a postgraduate mergers and acquisitions course at the Warsaw School of Economics.
