Emmanuel Gluntz

Emmanuel Gluntz has joined JLL as the new head of property and asset management for the Czech Republic and CEE markets. He will replace Pavel Scháňka. Emmanuel joins from Klépierre Czech Republic where he served as the managing director for Central Europe, managing the company’s four subsidiaries and overseeing Central European portfolio. Prior, he worked for six years at AEW Europe as the head of asset management for Central Europe and the country manager in the Czech Republic. He has managed a EUR 1.5 bln Central European portfolio comprised of more than 40 large properties, including Novy Smichov and Myslbek in Prague, West End Business Center and MomPark in Budapest, America House in Bucharest, as well as the Warsaw malls: Wola Park, Klif and Sadyba.
