Agnieszka Baczyńska

Agnieszka Baczyńska has been appointed as international leasing director at Neinver Poland. She will be responsible for leasing processes across Neinver’s Polish retail portfolio. Agnieszka will develop and implement a leasing strategy for Neinver Polish shopping centers, liaising with investors and managing a team responsible for such properties as Factory outlet centres, Futura retail parks and Galeria Malta. Agnieszka Baczyńska brings in 13 years of professional experience in the Polish commercial property market. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for cooperating with tenants while working for companies which develop and manage retail projects and those providing leasing services for external clients. She began her professional career as commercial negotiator at Apsys Poland and then moved to DTZ Poland to become senior property consultant. Agnieszka also spent nine years as leasing department director at Plaza Centers Poland. In March 2014 Agnieszka Baczyńska became associate director at the Polish branch of Colliers International, where she was cooperating with InterIKEA, Immochan, Carrefour, TK Development and Heitman.
