Kamil Krępa

Kamil Krępa has been appointed the new commercialization director. He will be responsible for securing tenants for the office building which is set to be developed at the Katowice site formerly taken by an office building of the directorate of the Polish State Railways (DOKP). Kamil started his career in the Katowice branch of King Sturge and after the company merged with JLL, he joined JLL’s Kraków office, where he served as senior consultant carrying out projects in Silesia and Kraków. He has advised clients on new leases, renegotiations of leases and consolidation of offices as well as provided other tenant representation activities, including the preparation of market analyses and cash flow analyses. Kamil was also involved in the commercialization of a number of office buildings in Katowice, including Millennium Plaza and Katowice Business Point. A licensed facility manager, he graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice as well as the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.
