Polina Shipitsyna

Polina Shipitsyna has been appointed as associate director of the warehouse and industrial department. Polina will work with both Russian and international clients as well as on growing CBRE’s transaction portfolio. She has 10 years of professional real estate experience, including over eight years at JLL, where she started to work as consultant of the warehousing and industrial department and took part in all the major exclusive and co-exclusive transactions. She worked for such companies as Globus Hypermarkets, Daimler AG, Uzhny Dvor, FM Logistic, EEDC and Lakra.
