Gill Roantree

Gill Roantree has been appointed chief operating officer and a member of the GIP management committee effective of December 7th, 2015. She will replace Stuart Savidge, who left the business in September. Prior she was COO of Mayfair Capital, a UK property fund manager. Before that she was with Schroders as COO of the company’s real estate investment division. Gill has 25 years of professional experience in the funds industry, of which the past 13 years have been focused on the real estate sector, including a strong background in fund establishment, structuring investment solutions for clients, financial operations, compliance and corporate finance.
