Jeff Alson

Jeff Alson is set to join the company's Central and Eastern European capital markets team as partner on January 1st, 2016. Based in Prague, Jeff will be part of the CEE leadership team together with James Chapman. Prior he served at CBRE as the head of capital markets in the Czech Republic and debt and structured finance CEE. In the past, Jeff has held a number of real estate positions in the UK and Europe. He was the managing director of 3C Real Estate Investment and management and acquisitions director at Orco Property Group, among others. Jeff’s most recent transactions include some of the most important landmark properties and portfolios in CEE. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University. A founding member of the Kumiega Racing Club motor sport team, Jeff is a fan of tennis, cycling and fitness.
