Mark Burlton

Mark Burlton has become global executive of CBRE’s retail occupier team, EMEA. He will lead the development of the business in Europe as well as advise the company’s European retail clients on expansion into the US and Asia, and international retailers into Europe. Mark joins from Cushman and Wakefield where he served as the global head of cross border retail. Prior, he was real estate director Europe for Ralph Lauren and real estate director for Northern Europe at Footlocker. During his 20 year career in international retail Mark has represented clients such as Gap, Ted Baker, TK Maxx and Primark. He will be based in London and work closely with Peter Gold, the head of cross border retail, EMEA and David Close, director of EMEA occupier cross border.
