Bożena Gierszewska-Mroziewicz

Bożena Gierszewska-Mroziewicz has been appointed the country head of Neinver Poland. She will supervise day-to-day operations of the company, while combining the new responsibilities with the international asset management director position she has been taking for some time now. In her new position, she will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategy, liaising with investors, managing the Neinver projects in Poland as well as daily business. Bożena joined Neinver ten years ago. As the company’s international asset management director, she manages a portfolio of shopping centres across Europe. Previously, she served as asset management director for Poland and oversaw the operations of the Factory outlet centres chain and Galeria Malta. She also worked as manager of Poland’s Factory Ursus outlet centre. In the past she also worked for IKEA Poland, Inter IKEA Center Poland and IICP. A licensed property manager, she graduated from the University of Warsaw.
