Jarosław Szczupak

Alojzy Szczupak, the founder and president of the board member of Alstal, will be succeeded by his son and business partner for many years, Jarosław Szczupak. Jarosław has graduated from the faculty of economics of Poznań University of Economics, where he is currently pursuing his PhD studies. He also completed post-graduate studies in PR at the WSB University in Poznań. He started his work at the company, in the general contractor department, in 1997. Next he served as commercial director, proxy and deputy president of Alstal, supporting his father in the creation and implementation of the company’s development strategy. He is passionate about sailing and aviation. The current vice-president of the board is Marek Cichoń while Brygida Grzegorz is a member of the board and financial director and Anna Galant-Mikołajczak is the proxy. Alojzy Szczupak worked for 40 years for the company.
