Iwona Stępień-Pilipczuk

Iwona Stępień-Pilipczuk has been appointed deputy general director of national roads and motorways. She graduated from the faculty of construction and architecture at the Szczecin University of Technology. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in management and financing of road infrastructure from Warsaw School of Economics. Iwona Stępień-Pilipczuk has been working within the road construction industry for over 30 years now. In addition, for nearly 20 years she has been holding various managerial positions. She started her professional career at the Szczecin branch of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways, where she worked for over 25 years, most recently as division director.
