Vladimir Pantyushin

Vladimir Pantyushin has been appointed head of research. In his new role, he will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the company’s research function, strengthening relationships with core clients and raising the firm’s profile as the most experienced and professional advisor in the real estate market. Prior to the appointment he was employed by CIB, where he spent two years as a senior strategist. In 2007-2010 he led the JLL research team before leaving to take up the role of chief economist in Russia and the CIS at Barclays Capital. From 2003-2005 he headed the research department at Rosbank and then was a senior economist at Renaissance Capital. Altogether he has 20 years’ experience in analytics and research in macroeconomics, capital markets, investment and real estate. He holds a BA in mathematical economics from Moscow State University, an MA in international and development economics from Yale University and a PhD in Economics from Duke University.
