Lenka Šindelářová

Lenka Šindelářová has joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as the director of the consultancy department in the Czech Republic. She will be responsible for strategic consultancy as well as market research and analyses. She will cooperate with the business development manager, Steward Thomson, on projects related to valuation and capital markets and will also support business development across all business lines. Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, she was the director of consultancy and market analyses for DTZ. In the course of her professional career she has worked on a number of consultancy projects, which have included the preparation of redevelopment and repositioning strategies for shopping centres, feasibility studies for all main asset classes, analyses of the most effective and best property usage and consultancy for corporate tenants. Furthermore, she also has experience in property valuation. Lenka has recently completed studies in real estate at the College of Estate Management in Reading, UK.
