Sławomir Majman

The supervisory board of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) has dismissed Sławomir Majman from the position of president of the board, effective from May 25th. Board member Sławomir Krużmanowski also lost his position.

Sławomir Majman sat on the board as the president from July 2009. Prior to this, from September 2008, he was the board member responsible for the economic promotion of PAIiIZ. In 1991–2008, he was the president of the board and CEO of Zarząd Targów Warszawskich. He is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union (faculty of international relations, specialisation: Great Britain and its former dominions) as well as in organisation and management study at Centrum Doskonalenia Kadr Kierowniczych.

Bartłomiej Pawlak has been appointed as the acting president of the board for a period of no longer than three months.
