Magdalena Filipczak

Magdalena Filipczak has been promoted to senior property manager at Colliers International. She is responsible for managing the Warsaw Financial Center in Warsaw. Magda Filipczak joined Colliers International in 2010. At the beginning she was responsible for managing a warehouse park in Błonie owned by Europolis. Later she managed office buildings owned by Triuva and AmRest. For the last 1.5 years, Magda has been responsible for the property management of Mokotów Nova, which is owned by Tristan Capital Partners. The new senior property manager is a graduate of MSc studies at the Technical University of Opole and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in real estate management. She holds a LEED Green Associate title.
