Andrey Petrov

Andrey Petrov has joined CBRE as business development director. In his role he will contribute his extensive contacts and experience in real estate to further enhance the company’s relationship with existing and new clients. Prior to his appointment, he was the deputy general director of Knight Frank Russia, where he was employed for 14 years and was responsible for managing the activities of commercial departments, including investment deals structuring, carrying out investment analysis and the sales of large-scale schemes. Throughout his career, Andrey has been involved in more than 100 transactions (acquisitions and leasing) in the Moscow commercial property market, consulting both Russian blue chip companies and large international corporations. He has cooperated with such major market players as О1 Group, Forum Properties, ZAO Tema, Lukoil Overseas, Raiffeisen Evolution, Immofinanz, Alcon, VTB Capital and Hines.
