Dalibor Surový

Dalibor Surový, the head of the office agency and tenant representation department, has been promoted to associate director. Dalibor has over four years of experience in the Slovak real estate market. He specialises in advising tenants and landlords in terms of the leasing, acquisition, disposal and development of their space. He is also responsible for the acquisition of new clients, tenant representation services to key JLL clients, cash flow and scoring models and quantitative and qualitative analyses. Before joining the company in 2012, he was employed as a project manager in the foreign direct investment section of the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO). He holds a degree from the University of Economics in Bratislava in trade and marketing.
