Violetta Krzemień-Banot

Violetta Krzemień-Banot, who has been the operations director of the Novotel Kraków City West since March 16th, 2015, has been made the acting general director of the hotel. As the operations director she was able to familiarise herself with the Kraków market, preparing her for her new position. Violetta was previously the general director of the Orbis Magura hotel in Bielsko Biała and the Mercure Cieszyn.
