Bas Tiemstra

Bas Tiemstra has been promoted to a newly created role of director of investment operations EMEA. He will have overall responsibility for the EMEA investment operations, including asset management, with a focus on standardising best practices and driving investment performance at the asset level. He joined the company at the beginning of 2015 as head of retail asset management EMEA, responsible for improving the consistency and quality of asset management across the retail portfolio and with the central aim being to ensure retail property performance. Prior to that he was employed by ASR Real Estate Investment Management, where he was managing director for commercial real estate and fund director for the ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund.
