Maria Kubacka-Świątek

Maria Kubacka-Świątek has joined the workplace innovation department of Colliers International’s Warsaw office as an associate. She will be responsible for planning and conducting qualitative research for clients, coordinating the work of researchers, and the analysis of the results of surveys and observations. Maria graduated in sociology at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw. During her professional career she has worked for clients from various sectors including the banking, pharmaceutical, FMCG and photography sector. She also gained experience working for an advertising agency, where she was responsible for comprehensive customer service, subcontractors’ work supervision, planning and conducting surveys, preparing reports and recommendations for clients.
