Laurentiu Duica

Laurentiu Duica has been appointed associate director of the industrial division. He has over twelve years of experience on the real estate market and in the past two years, he was the head of leasing and development at P3. Laurentiu has also worked for seven years at FM Logistic, where he advanced to the position of commercial manager. From September, he will coordinate the industrial spaces consultancy team from Colliers with responsibility for the development and the growth strategy of the department.
