Złota 44 officially opened
POLAND The Złota 44 luxury apartment building was granted an occupancy permit on March 13th with the official opening ceremony taking place on the same day.
The ribbon was cut by Jeffrey Stonger from Amstar, architect Daniel Libeskind, and Michał Skotnicki from BBI Development. The ceremony was also attended by Rafał Szczepański, the vice-president of BBI and Alicja Kościesza from Złota 44 as well as Warsaw deputy mayor Michał Olszewski. A commemorative plaque was also unveiled which is to be set into the buildings’ floor. The opening gala also included a classical music concert and a fireworks display as well as a charity auction of the shirt worn by Robert Lewandowski and of a drawing by Daniel Libeskind. According to ‘Eurobuild CEE’ sources, all the 60 sqm apartments facing the city centre have now been sold.
