Cedet so very soon. With tenants
Cedet (formerly Centralny Dom Towarowy), a reconstructed building at ul. Krucza 50 in Warsaw, which was once used mainly for retail, but will now mostly comprise office space, will be officially reopened on May 16th 2018. The project has been developed by Immobel Poland and built by Doraco. We were invited to see the building before its official opening and before the tenants had finished their fit-outs.
Smyk – a children’s store chain that used to occupy the building many years ago – is to come back, once the construction work has been completed, to the place where the brand was created in 1977. It will take up part of the ground floor and part of the first floor in the historic part of the building.
The office space is now also almost completely leased with the Polish Development Fund PFR having taken up nearly all of the 4th, 5th and 6th floors. Also, a well-known international co-working chain will enter onto the Polish market with space in the building.
AMC - Andrzej M. Chołdzyński and RKW - Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky were responsible for the project design. Cedet, will have 22,000 sqm of modern office and retail space.
