Mennica construction in full swing

The 34-storey Mennica Legacy Tower office building, which is currently under construction in Warsaw’s Wola district, has reached its 11th storey. The concrete structure is expected reach its maximum height of 140m by the end of the year. Currently, the structure of a lower 43m building, which forms part of the same complex, is nearing completion. The opening of the entire complex has been scheduled for Autumn 2019.

Goettsch Partners in cooperation with the Warsaw office of the Epstein studio are responsible for the architectural design of the project.
