Gdańsk Główny railway station to be modernised

Polish State Railways PKP has received the necessary permits form the provincial historical preservation officer to draw up the necessary designs. Once the building permit is acquired a general contractor is to be chosen with the selection procedure to begin in Q2 this year. The interior of the station building is to be redeveloped. PKP intends to maintain the historic appearance of the building while adapting it to modern day needs including full access for the disabled. The underground passage
