Budimex has begun a full-scale refurbishment and modernisation of Grudziądz railway station on behalf of Polish State Railways (PKP). Delivered under a design-and-build contract, the project includes restoring the historic station building while preserving its modernist character, improving accessibility, and creating a safer, more comfortable environment for passengers.

Construction of a modern retail park on ul. Spółdzielców in Mierzyn, just outside Szczecin, is entering its final phase. The project, developed by RWS Investment Group, is set to open in the third quarter of 2026 and will bring around 11,000 sqm of retail and service space to the local market.

Atal has put 319 apartments on the market as part of its latest development in Poznań – Atal Unii Lubelskiej. The project is being built on ul. Heleny Tadeuszak in the city's Rataje district.

Star Capital Finance (SCF) has been in the news again recently with the EUR 110 mln acquisition in a joint venture of a portfolio of six Polish retail parks. This followed the purchase of the Jantar shopping centre in Słupsk earlier this year and its entry into the Romanian market. In 2024, it made an even bigger splash with the EUR 285 mln deal for six Polish shopping centres – which was voted CEE Transaction of the Year at the Eurobuild Awards. Warsaw's office market headed into the second half of 2026 with falling vacancy rates and strong leasing activity. By the end of the first half of the year, the vacancy rate had dropped to 8.5 pct., according to the latest CBRE data.

The Enea Group has extended its lease agreement and expanded the workspace occupied in the Business Garden Poznań development by Vastint. Departments from the group's various companies, previously working in multiple places, will be consolidated in one location. In total, the Enea Group will occupy 11,700 sqm of office space – marking it the largest office transaction in the Poznań market so far this year.

Wrocław Airport is to construct a terminal to serve passengers travelling outside the Schengen Area. The project. which is being developed in an investment of PLN 15.4 mln, will increase the airport's capacity, improve passenger traffic management, and maintain a high level of comfort until the expansion of the main terminal is completed. Strabag is the contractor for the project, and the work is to be completed by April 30, 2027.

Developer Gridarch has completed the third phase of construction at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov. Three new industrial buildings including office space with a total leasable area of 124,000 sqm will be used by BMW Group as its overseas logistics distribution centre.

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published figures on office market in Warsaw for Q2 2026. As of the end of June 2026, total modern office stock in Warsaw accounted for almost 6,236,400 sqm.
