MLP has launched the development of the new MLP Bieruń West project in Upper Silesia near Tychy. The first phase includes the construction of a warehouse with 29,000 sqm of space. Eventually, the park will comprise around 56,000 sqm of modern warehouse and light industrial space. The first building and handover are scheduled for October this year.

Panattoni has begun construction of City Logistics Łódź V – an urban logistics park spanning 42,000 sqm. The brownfield development will be built in the eastern part of the city.
