Sky Office Center in Warsaw’s Służewiec office district, has once again obtained BREEAM In-Use ‘Excellent’ certification.
The building, which is owned by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund managed by Hines, received a score of above 70 pct for its structure, the equipment and systems used (under the asset performance assessment) and building management, to give it a grade of ‘Excellent’ under the certification system.
The successful recertification of Sky Office Center is confirmation that it not only provides high-quality office space, but also meets all standards regarding its environmental aspects.
