According to the latest study by Cushman & Wakefield, Warsaw remains one of the strongest hotel markets in the CEE region. In 2025, the city recorded one of the highest RevPAR increases among CEE-6 cities, while also leading the growth in hotel room supply.

MLP has launched the development of the new MLP Bieruń West project in Upper Silesia near Tychy. The first phase includes the construction of a warehouse with 29,000 sqm of space.
