The Łódź region remains one of Poland's key logistics hubs. According to Axi Immo, demand for warehouse space in the region reached 1.17 mln sqm in 2025 (+17 pct year-on-year), the second-highest figure in the country.

Modern office stock in Romania’s main regional cities – Cluj - Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov - currently stands at approximately 1.08 mln sqm, while no office project has been delivered in these markets over the past two years, according to 'Romania Office Report' released by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.

The Brno office market ended 2025 with rising vacancy rates and a record low number of new projects. In Ostrava, new construction has practically come to a standstill, and the situation is no better in other regions. Developers outside Prague are thus increasingly focusing on apartments, as office projects simply aren’t profitable without pre-leases or exceptional locations.

The Antczak Group has been appointed as the general contractor to construct a new distribution centre in Zawiercie for Dino Polska. The total area will be around 45,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.

Garbe Industrial has celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the Garbe Industrial Park Kupferzell of around 28,000 sqm gla. The investment comes to EUR 45 mln and the new building is scheduled for completion in the summer of this year.
