Poland Natalia Paszkowska and Nicklas Lindberg on Echo Investment’s primary school project

Natalia Paszkowska, an architect and co-founder of the WWAA Architekci studio, tells us about the ideas that guided the designers when planning this project, as well as about the cooperation with the local community; while Nicklas Lindberg, the president of Echo Investment, also expands on the ‘destinations’ concept – the type of multi-functional development that his company specialises in.

We made the recording on December 5th, at the foundation stone ceremony for the new school on the corner of ul. Konstruktorska and ul. Gandalfa in Warsaw's Służewiec district. The primary school for 450 students should be ready in September 2025, when the developer will hand it over to the Warsaw community.
