CEE-6 Potential medium-term pain
Investment volumes for Q2 and H1 2023 across CEE were some of the lowest levels on record. Bulgaria was the only market in CEE-6 to record a year-on-year increase of the investment volumes, reveals Colliers in its latest “H1 2023 Investment Scene” report.

Pad Res, a joint venture between Griffin Capital Partners and Kajima Europe, is to build two photovoltaic farms in Pomerania with a total capacity of 117 megawatts.

Czech Republic Record industrial space under construction
More than 286,000 sqm of industrial space was delivered to the Czech market in Q2 2023, bringing the total modern industrial stock across the country up to almost 11.3 mln sqm – according to the Industrial Research Forum’s figures for Q2 2023.

Another international company has chosen Futureal Group for its industrial property development. German retail chain drogerie markt (dm) will take over the 18,000 sqm warehouse space in the industrial building in the HelloParks megapark in Páty.

Poland Tenants stay in Diuna
Syrena Real Estate has signed leases for nearly 3,000 sqm of office space in Diuna complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. Two existing tenants, Business Lease Poland and LeasingTeam Group, have extended their leases for office space, while Daikin has more than doubled its space in the facility.

Poland Multidekor stays at Konotopa
Multidekor has extended its lease agreement for 23,000 sqm of space in the Konotopa Park II logistics centre near Warsaw. Part of the Savills IM portfolio, the centre offers a total of 42,000 sqm of leasable space.

Globalworth has sold the Warta Tower office building in central Warsaw to a subsidiary of Polish investment platform Cornerstone Investment Management for more than EUR 63 mln.
