Poland Skanska sells P180 offices for €100m
Investment & financeThe 15-storey building, which is situated next to Wilanowska metro station, contains 32,000 sqm of office space. Within two years of completion, P180 achieved almost 100 pct occupancy.
During the construction of P180, for the first time in Central and Eastern Europe, low-carbon concrete was used, reducing CO₂ emissions by 42 pct compared to traditional materials. Recycled materials and those sourced locally were also utilised. The interiors feature FSC-certified wood from sustainably managed forests, along with low-emission paints, adhesives, and sealants.
The sale of P180 demonstrates that Skanska's developments not only attract tenants but are also highly regarded by investors. This is our latest transaction in Warsaw this year, further confirming the value of our investments in the capital's real estate market and the strength of our business strategy.
Adrian Karczewicz, head of divestments, Skanska Commercial Development EuropeFor our investors we have acquired the premium and top sustainable office asset in Warsaw´s sought-after [Mokotów] business district. The P180´s stable rental income is going to contribute to the fund´s long-term target investment return of between 4 pct and 6 pct per annum for our investors.
Rafał Proczek, director of Investika Polska ServicesThe acquisition of P180 office building is one of three transactions we have made in Poland this year. We highly value professional cooperation with Skanska on the seller´s side and also with our joint-venture partner, Investika Investment company.
