Multidekor has extended its lease agreement for 23,000 sqm of space in the Konotopa Park II logistics centre near Warsaw. Part of the Savills IM portfolio, the centre offers a total of 42,000 sqm of leasable space.

According to data from Colliers, desk sharing is beginning to take root in Czech offices. Not only does it make office space usage more efficient, but it also offers employees greater comfort. In fact, companies usually invest up to half as much in standard, individual workstations as they would in traditional office layouts.

According to an MBL survey conducted during H1 of 2023, the total stock of industrial space in Sofia exceeded to a little over 4 mln sqm ready-to-use space.
