Vastint has received permission to renovate the first three buildings in the historic Old Slaughterhouse complex in Poznań. They will be restored and converted into office buildings. The revitalisation plan for the rest of the Old Slaughterhouse is currently the subject of public consultation.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate has found a prominent tenant for its property in Holzgerlingen, south of Stuttgart. Tesla Germany, the electric car manufacturer, moved into the building with a total usable space of 18,600 sqm in December.

Lords LB Special Fund IV, the developer of St. Jacob's Quarter in Vilnius, has welcomed a new tenant, Royal Russell School. The British international school will open its doors in 2024 and will be the first boarding school in Lithuania.
