POLAND DSV Road has relocated its Warsaw branch as well as the Polish HQ of the logistics handler have moved from Ołtarzew on Warsaw’s western outskirts to a new specially designed 7,500 sqm building in the Ożarów Business Park complex in Duchnice nearby.
Russia sees less investment
RUSSIA Total Russian real estate investment volume reached USD 1.29 bln in H1 2018, down 39 pct y-o-y from USD 2.13 bln in H1 2017. According to JLL the slowdown should be temporary, with activity to pick up again towards the end of 2018.
