I can sum up the last quarter of a century as a success in terms of the development of the construction sector in Poland. The transition from a crude and ineffective system to a modern and competitive construction industry has not been easy. However, Poland’s accession to the EU made foreign firms bolder in terms of investing, thus generating a demand for high quality services and a growth in competitiveness among companies on the construction market. The special economic zones were set up, where investors could operate on preferential terms. Technologically advanced industrial and logistics facilities have since been built in these zones, the construction of which is our company’s speciality.
